Role Purpose
Lead strategic HR transformation initiatives for our corporate clients. You will design and implement talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR consulting or corporate HR
- Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- CHRP-K or SHRM certification preferred
